A- Simply download the app, enter your zip code, name, add your card and start using immediately! Once it is set up, go to the chatbot icon, and begin chatting, and placing your order.
Q) Where are the Red Rose Shops located?
A- The Red Rose Coffee Shops are located in Reno, Sparks, and Carson City in Nevada.
Q) What are the hours of Operation?
A- Our hours of operation for every Red Rose Coffee Shop are 6am-8pm for weekdays, and weekends 8am-6pm!
Q) Do you offer seasonal or limited-time drinks?
A- Yes! Red Rose coffee has seasonal drinks for every time of the year with fun names and cute cup sleeves to go along with it! If you want to find the current seasonal drinks, go on the app and click seasonal, you will be directed to the current seasonal drinks we are currently offering!
Q) Do I need to enable location services?
A- No it is not mandatory, but to use the efficient tool of being directed to the closest shop near you, it is recommended to turn it on so the AI chatbot can send the closest shop to you automatically without you having to find it!
Q) Can I order ahead of time?
A- Yes! you can order drinks 24/7 to receive them any time of the day within the listed hours of the shops.
Q) Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
A-Yes you certainly can cancel your order for free after placing it as long as it is within 10 minutes of placing the order. After that, the drink cost would have to be covered.
